I feel like people imagine food bloggers appearing their noses in things like prepacked cookies and driving through desserts. Not me, I love you both! But, apparently, hitting the road for a 12 pack of these bad guys twice three times a day is badly seen in this society. The first time I tried this recipe I jumped up and down. They're a dead bell for Taco Bell's treatment. So amazing. They are hot and have the perfect amount of filling. You want cinnamon for breakfast? Try me too. Guaranteed to get you back to the serving dish to get just one more. Other copycat recipes What are Cinnabon delicacies? Cinnabon delicacies are just a deep fried cinnamon sugar with cream cheese filling. Did you scold your mouth? Taco Bell serves all day, and if you've never tried them, you're really losing yourself. The good news is, you don't have to go out to a taco bell to get these. I will share Cinnabon's pleasure recipe with you, so you can have Cinnabon's homemade delights on your PJs! After all is not done at home much better? I like to know how things are done and I can recreate it myself. He also gives me the license to play with the recipe, not that I needed this one. He's a final winner. Cinnabon Delights Recipe There are two parts in this recipe. Let's start with the serving, and then we'll get to the filling recipe. First, you'll need a big bowl and a small bowl. The large bowl is for dry ingredients and the small one will be for the wet ones. In the big bowl they mix their flour, sugar, baked powder, salt and nutmeg together. Make sure everything is incorporated. In the small bowl mix the egg, milk and butter. After having made it combine the wet and dry ingredients in the large mixing bowl. Be sure to stir these really well, as you don't want any lump in your mass. To deeply fry these can use a melted iron pan, an electric pan or a deep fryer. Anyone who decides to use, make sure your oil is 375 degrees. All you have to do is form the dough in a ball and let it fall into the oil. I used a small spoon of ice cream. A teaspoon also works great! I do about five or six of these at a time, depending on the size of the pan or deep fryer. You don't want to overload it, or you won't get golden brown. Fry them for about two minutes to three, giving them once. Then remove from the oil and put them on some paper towels to get rid of any excess oil. Finally, roll the hot donut around in sugar. Taco Bell Cinnabon Deleites Filling Recipe The filling recipe is quite simple. You will only need to put 1⁄4 to 1⁄3 cup of ambient temperature cream cheese in a bowl. It needs to be ambient temperature so it'll be easier to work with. You can use any of the cream cheese measures you want, depending on the amount of flavor you want. Combine the cream cheese with your powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Check that together so there are no lumps and start adding your milk a little at a time. Make sure you don't add it all at once, because you can make your filling too thin. You want the filler to cover your spoon's back, not as thick as the glaze. Pour the ice into a pipe bag or bottle with a nozzle and insert the tip into the mouthpiece. Don't be skilled with the filling. Make sure to move the tip inside the donut so that the filler works on most of the doughnut possible. These are better if they are served hot.
